Hi!
My name is Karen Schwandt and I create art in Naples, FL, Washington Island, WI, and Minneapolis, MN…all beautiful places that inspire me. I have loved creating art all of my life and have found the perfect medium in the vibrant alcohol inks. This intuitive art form allows for spontinaity with intention without control that is possible in many other mediums. I hope the beautiful, vibrant colors remind you of memorable moments of your life. Each piece attempts to capture feelings and emotions familiar to the human experience.
